Kim joined the Southeast Conference as our settled Conference Minister in September 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Aurora University and her Master of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary. Kim has served as an associate minister, a solo pastor, a head of staff/senior minister, and a bridge pastor, and she is experienced in both settled and intentional interim ministry. She has worked extensively with congregations in transition, conflict resolution, and revitalization in suburban/urban and rural settings. Kim and her spouse, Ron, celebrate the gift God has given them in a beautiful family that includes four children, their spouses/significant others, and two adorable grandchildren. Kim enjoys music, reading, sports, history, and story, learning about other faith traditions, visiting new places and landscapes, game nights with family and friends, and meeting people wherever she might be.

Davy is originally from Des Moines, Iowa, where they were raised in the UCC. Davy has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Religion from Simpson College. They moved to Atlanta in 2010 to attend Columbia Theological Seminary in Decatur, graduating with a Master of Divinity. In addition to being the ACM for the Southeast Conference, Davy is the Associate Minister for Church and Worship Administration at Kirkwood UCC in Atlanta. Davy also currently serves as the Chair for the Alliance of ACMs.  They have also taught UCC History and Polity classes over the years and served as the Floor Parliamentarian for General Synod.  Their interests include interfaith work, refugee support, and modern biblical interpretations. They enjoy playing board games with friends, reading, hiking, and building with Legos with their husband spare in their time. Davy lives in Tucker, GA with their husband, Liam and their three cats.

Cindy is a graduate of Lancaster Theological Seminary; she has served as a local church pastor and as a hospital chaplain prior to serving the Southeast Conference as the Clergy Community of Practice Coordinator. Her hobbies include reading and making holiday ornaments using pride flag colors. Cindy and her wife, Rev. Lisa Bovee-Kemper, are parents to two young children.

Myria has worked in several administrative positions which includes serving as Island Coordinator for Avon Products, Inc and Administrative Assistant in healthcare services.  She is also the current owner and operator of Growing A Green Thumb. As the business owner and operator of an organic farm she’s found that she has tapped into her purpose beyond a business by extending the harvest and knowledge to local seniors on living a healthy lifestyle.

Myria received her Associate of Arts in Religious Studies from Beaulah Heights University as well as additional studies in Business, Economics and Mental Health. She is a member of one of our newer churches in the Southeast Conference, The Shalom Spiritual Center, led by Rev. Dr. Salome As-Salaam.

Haley is the the Financial Assistant for the SECUCC. She also works full-time for the Tuscaloosa County School System as a bookkeeper for Northside High School. Her twenty years in accounting include several years working in the import/export industry before moving to school business offices. Haley has worked extensively with non-profits and was excited to join the team at SECUCC on a part-time basis. She is proficient in accounting principles, technology, payroll, and communications. Haley loves being in the position to help others and ensure smooth running processes.
​
When not working, Haley can usually be found at home with her husband, Daniel, their two boys, Jesse and Sam, and their five cats. Haley’s hobbies include reading, writing, balloon animals, and pretty much anything geek related.
