Hampton Inn, 64 Hospitality Drive, Crossville TN 38555  (931) 707-7170 – This hotel is located 8 miles (15 minutes) from the church. They have blocked off 15 rooms at $115 plus tax per night. You MUST call the local hotel as the reservation number does not do the room blocking. Call 931-707-7170 and press 0 for the front desk manager Lisa Lhota. Then ask for the block of rooms under UCC Annual Conference.

Comfort Suites, 2581 E First Street, Crossville, TN 38555  (931) 707-8638 – This hotel is adjacent to the Hampton and is also 8 miles (15 minutes) from the church. They have blocked off 15 rooms at $107 plus tax per night. Call 931-707-8638 and ask for the block of rooms using the code “UCC Annual Conference.” The cutoff date for these rooms is July 31, 2204.

Club Wyndham Resort, 100 Stonehenge Drive, Fairfield Glade, TN 38558 (800)-428-1932 – These are condos located in Fairfield Glade, a few minutes from the church. Conference attendees can use a website to look up the type of condos (one bedroom vs two bedrooms, etc.) and the rates. For Wyndham non-members, the rates may be better if they call the 800 number to make reservations. Depending on the type of reserved condo, guests receive wristbands that allow them access to the club facilities, such as pools. For tee times, go through Fairfield Glade Central Tee. This is a great option for attendees who wish to bring family members for a mini vacation. Please note that the condos and tee times fill up very fast.

We do not have a block with Airbnb, but there are numerous places to rent in the area. More details: https://www.airbnb.com/s/Fairfield-Glade–Tennessee–United-States/homes

About Our Hosts

Fairfield Glade Community Church (FFGCC), established in 1975 near Crossville, TN, is the first organized church in Fairfield Glade, TN. The “Glade” has attracted resort visitors and retirees for decades; now, over 7000 residents call it home.

While Community Church is a member of the United Church of Christ (UCC) and the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), we function as an inter-denominational congregation that has grown and nurtured worshipers from many different faiths. The membership is approximately 250.

Throughout our history, we have promoted local ecumenical traditions and acted with abundant generosity to local and regional missions with time, talent, and material resources.  Our extremely talented music professionals lead an exceptional music ministry of choirs and congregational singing.

We are a congregation-led community of faith with a governing board elected annually by all church members and supporting committees. Congregation members have an equal voice and vote in determining how our church functions. The pastor is the congregation’s spiritual leader, focusing on religious services, sacraments, faith development, community-building, outreach to those in need, and pastoral care.
