Delegates
Wondering how many people your church can send? Anyone is welcome to come as a visitor and participate in all our Annual Meeting has to offer. We are excited to offer childcare this year so that Annual Meeting will be more accessible to everyone.
Each church in the Southeast Conference is also invited to send delegates to Annual Meeting. Each church can send three delegates. Churches with over one hundred members are entitled to one additional delegate for each additional one hundred members or fraction thereof. For example: 101 members = 4 delegates, 201 members = 5 delegates, 301 delegates = 6 delegates, etc. No church shall be entitled to more than ten delegates.
Also- all ministers who hold standing with the Southeast Conference have voice and vote in our meeting, so they can represent your minister in addition to the lay delegates from the church!
