You are invited to the ordination of Haley Lerner on May 16, 2021 at 5:00 pm at Kirkwood United Church of Christ in Atlanta.
Haley’s ordination will be part of Kirkwood UCC’s 5 pm worship service which will be an outdoor in-person service as well as being on Zoom and Facebook Live. Registration is now closed to join us in person but you are invited to join us online through Zoom here or on Facebook live here.
Facemasks and social distancing will be required for the in-person outdoor worship. The week of the service, instructions will be sent to those who register. Please be sure to bring your own chair. If it is raining, we will move to an online service.
Haley serves as a Campus Minister at the Presbyterian Student Center at the University of Georgia. Haley grew up in the Philadelphia area but has called Georgia home for the past four years. She graduated from Candler School of Theology at Emory University with her Master of Divinity in 2019. She is a fervent justice-seeker and is particularly passionate about the pursuit of racial justice, immigrant and refugee advocacy, and LGBTQ+ inclusion in the Church. Haley is a member of Kirkwood United Church of Christ and a Licensed Minister in the UCC.
