Pleasant Hill Community Church is going on a mission trip to Back Bay Mission in Biloxi, Mississippi, Nov 12-18, 2017 and there is limited space for a few others to join this team. Service, learning and reflection describe Back Bay Mission trips that are about much more that just the work that gets accomplished. Groups also deepen their faith and their relationships while exploring matters of social justice and experiencing a new culture. Recreational opportunities are also plentiful along the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast.
If your church youth group (or adult group!) wants to book a trip to BBM, contact Back Bay’s volunteer coordinator at 228-432-0301 or [email protected]. In 2017 groups of six or more are paying three fees: $200 group registration, a $75 per person lodging fee and a $100 per person materials fee. All groups and individuals must provide for their own transportation to, from and in Biloxi as well as their own meals. Group reservations are generally booked at least one year in advance, so book early!
