The Southeast Conference of the United Church of Christ, requests that all churches of the Conference participate in the United Church of Christ’s Yearbook Data Entry for 2017. Having accurate information on every church in the Conference is essential to allowing Interim Conference Minister, Marie Bacchiocchi to understand something about the churches in the Conference.
Each church is responsible for inputting their data into the UCC data hub. The window for data entry began on January 3, 2017. A hard copy mailing is being sent to every church. If you require assistance with data entry, please contact Heather Bardole, the SEC Office Administrator, at 404-719-6572. The goal is 100% participation from the churches of the Southeast Conference. Thank you for helping us achieve this goal!
You will need your church ID Number to log in. If you do not know the number, please contact the Southeast Conference at [email protected].
There are instructions to walk you through the process and a link to the log in at http://www.ucc.org/research_yearbook. Be sure to have the instructions available before you start to enter your data. The magical “ADD or SUBMIT” buttons mean that the data has been entered and you will not be able to change it. If you save incorrect information, please contact Heather Bardole at [email protected] so that the information can be changed by the national office. Please send an email to the Conference Office at [email protected] when you have completed your data entry.
Please do not contact the national office with questions or issues related to the data hub. Instead contact Heather Bardole at [email protected]cucc.org or 404-719-6572.
Southeast Conference has the goal of 100% of the churches reporting this year. We will be contacting any churches who have not entered their information by February 28th, 2017. The final deadline for church information to be uploaded by March 8th, 2017.
We appreciate the work that you do in providing the national office and Southeast Conference with this important information.
