With the people and plan in place, you are ready to start meeting. At your gatherings, reaffirm that this is a welcoming and open group. Encourage people to invite those people in their social networks who might be interesting in participating in your group.
Remember that Comma Connections are focused on creating opportunities and environments for authentic, intimate, meaningful spiritual connections to God and fellow sojourners through worship, discipleship and community service.
Without any one of these foci, the group will weaken over time. Constantly reaffirm the purpose of your gathering and allow the participants to speak to their hopes and dreams for the group.
