Cameron Trimble
Associate Conference Minister for Church Development
Cameron directs our work with new, renewing and affiliating churches throughout the Southeast Conference bringing organization and vision to the process. Overseeing the Conference Nehemiah Initiative, Cameron works with church planters to birth relevant, innovative congregations ready to direct and respond to the challenges and opportunities facing the Church today. She also serves as a national consultant and director of the national UCC New Church Leadership Initiative, our national coaching program and is the editor of the UCC New Times newsletter.
Additionally, as an Alban-trained consultant Cameron consults with renewing congregations throughout the conference and national church. She coaches six churches a year in transformational revitalization.
In addition to her work with church development, Cameron also handles the IT program of the Conference including maintaining our web site, forum and Conference emails.
Cameron began her career as a minister in the United Methodist Church working in the areas of Church Growth and New Church Development. She came to the United Church of Christ in 2004. Cameron is partnered to Ann and they have two sons. They currently live in Marietta, GA.
