YOU ARE HERE: Home About Us Annual Meeting

The Southeast Conference assembles once annually to discuss current matters, to hear resolutions, implement plans, and to review the latest news and issues. In accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of the Southeast Conference, the membership of the Conference is comprised of all ordained, licensed, and final_SEC-2010-Annual-Mtg-AD-2_webcommissioned ministers having ecclesiastical authorization in an association of this Conference, all properly elected lay delegates from congregations, and the officers and members of the Board of Directors of the Conference. There are three delegates chosen to represent each congregation with one additional delegate for every one hundred members over 100, or any major fraction thereof.

The Conference welcomes resolutions from churches, ministry teams, groups, and committees in our Conference community.  Resolutions should reflect issues of concern regarding the kinds of initiatives and commitment that the one would like the Southeast Cover_SEC-AnnualMtg_Reg-Info_051310_webConference to consider. Resolutions may be submitted only by congregations having been passed at a congregational meeting. They must be reviewed by the Southeast Conference Board of Directors at its meeting before the Conference Annual Meeting, (2010 this would be April 10th) The resolution deadline is April 30, 2010
